Meet your host, Michael
I'm Michael, one half of the husband-and-wife team behind Gather & Co, and the person who'll walk you through every lesson in this course.
I didn't come from hospitality. My background was in fitness and business, until I threw myself into trades, renovation and hosting and never looked back. We took two very tired properties in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and rebuilt them into spaces people now travel across the country to stay in. Both are award-winning and SuperHost-rated, one holding 98% occupancy over three years, the other booked out five months in advance.
That doesn't happen by luck. We know exactly what the winning formula looks like: the numbers, the setup, the systems, and the small, human touches that turn a good stay into a five-star review. More than anything, we love creating experiences people remember, and that's what everything in this course is built to help you do.
